Awards and Student Recognition
Students achieving an average of 80% or above in all of their subjects will be given honor roll standing.
Academic Achievement Awards
An award is made at each grade level to the student achieving the highest standing in that grade.

An award is given for the greatest improvement in marks.

Citizenship and Service Awards
Several awards are given to students who have made notable contributions to their school and/or
Students are recognized for excellence in athletics including specific awards for outstanding male and female athletes.
Additional Awards for Post-Secondary Study
A number of awards are available for students who plan to pursue post-secondary studies in areas specified by the donors.
The honour roll (80% and above) is displayed at the end of each quarter and at the end of each semester. A variety of subject and improvement awards are given out at the awards day ceremony in June.
Yukon Excellence Awards
For students in grades 9 and 12 achieving 80% or higher standing in subjects requiring a Territorial exam or BC Provincial exam, the Government of the Yukon will recognize them with a credit towards post-secondary training. The following is a summary of credits for the Territorial/Provincial exam marks:
Grade 9 - $200.00/subject
Grade 10 - $300.00/subject
Grade 11 - $400.00/subject
Grade 12 -$500.00/subject
